Terms of Service
Effective for all existing and future Minta Restro customers
I. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Minta Restro Platform, you are agreeing to these Terms and concluding a legally binding contract with Minta Club Limited. You may not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms.
You can accept the Terms by clicking to accept or agree where made available, or by actually using the Services, which Minta Restro will treat as acceptance from that point onwards.
II. Definitions
- Customer: Refers to you, someone who accesses or uses the Services for sharing, displaying, hosting, publishing, transacting, or uploading information.
- Content: Includes reviews, images, photos, audio, video, location data, and nearby places. "Your Content" is what you upload; "Minta Restro Content" is what Minta creates; "Third Party Content" comes from parties like Restaurant Partners.
III. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or above and are fully able and competent to understand and agree to these Terms. You must be in compliance with all laws and regulations in the country in which you live when you use the Services.
VI. Provision of Services
Minta Restro reserves the right to suspend/cancel, or discontinue any or all products or services at any time without notice. We may automatically push updates or upgrades to the software to your device.

- The Content is for informational purposes only.
- Minta Restro does not guarantee the quality of Goods or prices listed.
- Certifications displayed on Restaurant pages are on an 'as available' basis and Minta Restro does not warrant their validity.
Minta Restro reserves the right to charge a subscription and/or membership fee, or fees for Platform Services (usage of the platform to access menus, place orders, track orders).
VII. Use of Services & Accounts
You must create an account to use some features. You represent that all information provided is true, accurate, and correct. You may log in using third-party social networking credentials.
You agree to use the data owned by Minta Restro only for personal use and not for commercial use unless agreed in writing. You specifically agree not to access the Services through automated means (scripts or web crawlers).
Note on Telephony: We provide value-added telephony services connecting you to restaurants. We record all information regarding this call including voice recordings for internal billing and quality purposes. If you do not wish to be recorded, do not use these services.
VIII. Content Ownership & Rights
Ownership: We are the sole and exclusive copyright owners of the Services and our Content.
License to Minta Restro: By submitting Your Content, you grant Minta Restro a perpetual, irrevocable, world-wide, royalty-free license to use Your Content and all IP Rights therein for any purpose.
Review Integrity: You warrant that you are the sole author of reviews, they reflect actual dining experiences, and you were not paid or remunerated for them.
Removal: We reserve the right to remove any Content that we consider objectionable or in violation of Terms without prior notice.
X. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to post content or engage in activity that:
- Violates our Guidelines and Policies.
- Is harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or encourages money laundering/gambling.
- Constitutes an inauthentic or knowingly erroneous review.
- Violates any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy.
- Alleges health code violations (refer to Guidelines).
- Is commercial in nature (spam, pyramid schemes).
- Accesses or uses the account of another customer without permission.
- "Hacks" or accesses our confidential records without permission.
- Scrapes, crawls, or modifies the Services or Content.
- Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India or the country of use.
XIII. Additional Terms for Specific Services
1. Food Ordering and Delivery
Minta Restro acts as an intermediary. Contracts are principal-to-principal between you and the Restaurant Partner or Delivery Partner. Minta Restro is not liable for acts/omissions of Delivery Partners (deficiency, wrong delivery, etc.).
- Fees: You may be charged Delivery Charges and Delivery Surge (based on distance, demand, weather).
- On Time Guarantee: For eligible orders, if delivery fails by the promised time, you may claim a Coupon of up to 100% of order value within 24 hours. This does not apply to unforeseen reasons (strikes, natural disasters).
- Cancellations: Cancellation due to incorrect particulars or unresponsiveness constitutes an "Authorization Breach" and you are liable to pay liquidated damages equivalent to the order value.
2. Minta Restro Pay
Customers can pay dining bills via the platform to avail benefits like instant discounts or scratch cards. You must show payment confirmation to the restaurant.
Exclusions: Benefits generally do not apply on Exclusion Days such as New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Diwali, Christmas, etc..
UAE Users: Benefits may include 1+1 offers or cashback credits.
3. Table Reservations
Booking availability is determined at the time of request. Minta Restro may charge a Booking Fee, adjusted against your bill. If you cancel a paid booking less than 24 hours prior, Minta Restro reserves the right to retain the fee. We advise arriving 10 minutes early; restaurants may cancel for late arrivals.
4. Minta Restro Gold
An invite-only membership for offers on dining and delivery. Offers include discounts on Bill Value or fixed price deals.
- Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Delivery: Gold members may get full discount on delivery charges if within a certain distance, though a small surge fee may apply during peak hours.
- Exclusion Days: Benefits are not valid on specific days (New Year's, Valentine's, Diwali, etc.).
5. Food Hygiene Ratings
Hygiene Ratings are an initiative with certified auditors. They are for informational purposes only and validity is generally 6 or 12 months. Reliance on these ratings is at your own risk.
6. Edition Wallet
A partnership with RBL Bank to facilitate digital payments. You must comply with RBL's terms and provide KYC documents. Cancellation of the wallet results in loss of Minta Restro Pro membership.
7. Delivery Offer / Plan
A limited-time, invite-only offer for discounted delivery on subsequent orders. It is non-transferable and non-refundable.
XIV. Disclaimers, Liability & Indemnification
Disclaimer: Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties regarding accuracy, personal injury, unauthorized access, or bugs.
Limitation of Liability: Minta Restro parties shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or goodwill.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify Minta Restro against third-party claims arising from Your Content, unauthorized use, or violation of these Terms.
XVI. General Terms & Governing Law
The Terms are governed by the laws of the following jurisdictions based on your residence:
- India: Laws of India; Courts of New Delhi.
- UAE: Laws of UAE; Courts of Dubai.
- Lebanon: Laws of Lebanon; Courts of Beirut.
- United States: Laws of State of Washington; Courts of Seattle.
You must commence any legal action within one (1) year after the alleged harm initially occurs.
XVII. Notice of Copyright Infringement
If you believe your copyright is being infringed, you must send a written communication to Info@MintaClub.com including identification of the material, a statement of good faith belief, and a statement under penalty of perjury.
